| 2. | Vælg om du kører Windows eller Mac OS ved at klikke på ikonet |
| 3. | Oplyse supporteren om det password der vises på skærmen |
For at kunne bruge remote support kræves forudgående aftale. Alt datatrafik via remote support er krypteret.

Remote support requires a support agreement with NEM. All remote support data traffic is encrypted.
